Before coming to your appointment
If you have respiratory symptoms or fever, or if you are in contact with someone sick with COVID-19, let us know as soon as possible, your treatment may be postponed.
Fill out the medical questionnaire that will be sent to you with the confirmation email for your appointment.
Wash your hands thoroughly, brush your teeth and if possible do a mouthwash before you come.

Come with as little personal stuff as possible (just the bare essentials: vital card, means of payment).
Come alone to our office. For minors or dependent persons, only one accompanying person is possible.
Plan to arrive at the exact time of your appointment: neither early nor late to avoid seeing other patients as much as possible.

When you arrive at the practice
On your arrival, after having disinfected your hands with the hydroalcoholic gel which is available, please identify yourself on the touch screen tablet which is on your right when entering.
Then when you are asked to enter the cabinet and do not touch anything in your path. Avoid any contact with surfaces: walls, handles, etc.

At the end of your meeting
Put your mask back on, using the elastics, still without touching anything in your path.
