In order to avoid the spread of the coronavirus and to receive you in a safe way, we ask you to strictly follow the hygiene instructions below.

Before coming to your appointment
If you have respiratory symptoms or fever, or if you are in contact with someone sick with COVID-19, let us know as soon as possible, your treatment may be postponed.
Fill out the medical questionnaire that will be sent to you with the confirmation email for your appointment.
Wash your hands thoroughly, brush your teeth and if possible do a mouthwash before you come.
Put on a mask.
Come with as little personal stuff as possible (just the bare essentials: vital card, means of payment).
Come alone to our office. For minors or dependent persons, only one accompanying person is possible.
Plan to arrive at the exact time of your appointment: neither early nor late to avoid seeing other patients as much as possible.

If you are early, please wait outside or in your car until the exact time of your appointment.

When you arrive at the practice
On your arrival, after having disinfected your hands with the hydroalcoholic gel which is available, please identify yourself on the touch screen tablet which is on your right when entering.
Then when you are asked to enter the cabinet and do not touch anything in your path. Avoid any contact with surfaces: walls, handles, etc.
Follow the recommendations of our team.
Respect the gestures of barriers and safety distances on your arrival (no handshake, no hugs).
Remove your mask by the rubber bands.
Our team will then tell you what to do in the treatment room.

At the end of your meeting
Put your mask back on, using the elastics, still without touching anything in your path.
Before your payment, disinfect your hands again with the gel
hydroalcoholic .

Our hygiene and asepsis measures are reinforced.

We have all the necessary equipment to perform care without risk of cross contamination.

All our clinical staff are equipped with gloves, FFP2 or KN 95 masks, caps, protective goggles, etc.

All instruments are sterilized in an autoclave and kept in sterile bags.

The surfaces of the practice are disinfected with products meeting Virucide standards between each patient.
